The Challenge
The Philadelphia Phillies set out to reimagine the Hall of Fame Club at Citizens Bank Park, transforming a space that had welcomed fans since 2004 into an immersive celebration of Phillies baseball built for the modern game.
As the first major renovation to the stadium’s premium spaces since the ballpark opened, the project carried significant weight for the organization. Working hand in hand with the Phillies and EwingCole, Jack Porter brought the space to life through experiential design: branding, digital media, storytelling, and exhibit design. The full scope was delivered design-build within an active MLB venue.
The offseason set an unforgiving clock. The team moved from design to substantial completion in just four months so the space would be ready for fans by Opening Day.
The Hall of Fame Club is much more than hospitality, it’s an experience and an environment beyond just the game.

The Strategy
Jack Porter approached the Hall of Fame Club as an extension of the premium fan journey, blending history, hospitality, and technology into a unified experience.
Working closely with the Phillies organization, the team sifted through more than 140 years of club history to identify the stories, players, and moments that would spark the strongest emotional connection with fans. Those narratives were woven throughout the space through integrated media, environmental graphics, curated displays, and layered lighting designed to feel timeless, immersive, and authentic to Phillies baseball.
Honoring the Greats
The Retired Numbers display anchors the space with baseball-card-inspired recognition, shadow boxes of memorabilia, and interactive digital galleries. Alongside it, the Cooperstown Gallery celebrates every Phillie inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame, each honored with custom baseball-card graphics.
Before and After
The Impact
The completed Hall of Fame Club has become one of the ballpark’s signature spaces, a modern hospitality environment that honors the history and identity of Phillies baseball.
Delivered within a single offseason, the project reflects the Phillies’ investment in elevating the fan experience through enhanced amenities, immersive storytelling, and upgraded hospitality. By transforming the quality of the environment, the renovation positions the club to support stronger premium pricing and long-term ticket revenue in the seasons ahead. The result is a space where fans feel the weight of more than a century of Phillies baseball the moment they walk in.
